The Satanic Panic swept the country 1980s, in which claims of widespread ritual abuse and occult conspiracies were treated as real threats. Targets were wrongfully convicted, children were taken from marginalized homes, all while much of the “evidence” seemed to stem from one man’s written account. He rose to fame claiming he freed himself from the Illluminati’s Satanic control, but what if it was all a crock of lies? This week’s episode is Mike Warnke, Fake Satanist – Part 1.
